Depression, or any mental disorder, isn't easy to talk about given the stigma that accompanies it. I can very much relate . It certainly brought tears to my eyes and touched me deeply. I only wish to have an ounce of your ability to speak my truth. Such a stigma for me. Having my twin brother commit suicide and a father who was "mad as a hatter" has given me the most pause.
